Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire. Use them whenever you need to.
Why are mobile app prices different?
Apple and Google charge platform fees (up to 30%) for in-app purchases. We can't show different prices or link to our website from within the app — that's their rules, not ours. The cheapest way to buy credits is always through WhatsApp or our website.
Can I save my card for next time?
Yes. After your first purchase, you can save your payment method for one-tap top-ups. You can also enable auto-refill to top up automatically when your balance gets low.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
